RecommendedMy wife and I had an wonderful experience with KDI. We got our cabinets last summer and loved them ever since. We went near closing time and forgot our checkbook. They stayed there until we got back. We were just shy of a promotion but they gave it to us anyways. Got the cabinets maybe 3-4 weeks later. They are gorgeous. Great quality, well made. Definitely worth the wait. Will recommend to friends and family.

My family had a horrible experience with KDI as well. I am writing this on behalf of my parents. We had a very simple 10-15 business day job take over 3 months to complete. KDI was not easy to work with, not well organized nor did they care about the quality of work they did. We had to beg, kick and scream to get them to complete the job. On multiple occasions they tried to pass the job off as complete when it wasn’t. This company totally misrepresented the type of cabinets they were going to install in our kitchen. My husband was told the cabinets were manufactured in Indiana and were all plywood. We saw a sample at our house and agreed to purchase and have them installed. What we got was a low grade pressboard that was assembled in our garage and is already falling apart, it's 6 months old. My husband had torn out all our other cupboards and threw them out so we didn't even have an option at the install point as our kitchen was gutted. ... read more
