I received a predatory home offer from a company "WBMH Investments" which is registered at this exact address. The offer was for 60% of the value of my home. I spent a long time trying to find the correct place to leave a review to warn others, this is the only real estate company located at the exact same address, so I believe WBMH is a subsidiary of theirs or something similar to try and limit their liability (why be so shady?). Horrible company sending junk mail trying to essentially steal equity from people's homes.
