Brian did an excellent job servicing both my furnace and air conditioning system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire maintenance. Sean called and asked if he could come early for AC fix. He replaced rage furnace filter, cleared the vines growing over the AC unit. Friendly and very efficient.
I'm a systems analyst by trade. I spent hours diagnosing my heat pump. I called and shawn said "I think the TXV valve is dead / jammed" and explained why - Shawn said "hmmm...and how do you know it's not just low on refrigerant..." dismissively and I described my findings further.. then he said they were too busy and booking over a week away and never called back... Hadwin's came out in under 48 hours, yes it was down 10% charge or so.. but the TXV valve was dead.. exactly like I said... Thanks for nothing, shawn...
