DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! I live in a townhome built by KDA AKA: Meadow Brook Townhomes. This is what your home will look like after 5 years, cracked concrete in garage, walkway, patio. It’s the same for all 4 townhomes built together. They’ll claim it’s just settlement but frankly 4 townhomes in a row with the exact same issues = poor workmanship and a careless builder. All of the inside build products are on the cheapest quality too. Below builders grade. .
