FRAUD ! FRAUD ! Please Beware and do not rent here at all cost. Save yourself from the headache !! The venue itself smelled like smoke , and floors were extremely dirty. We had to buy a mop and cleaning supplies for our event . The venue host was notified and stated that she will see if I can be compensated something and never sent any funds. I had my baby shower here in February after the deposit was given communication became bad the owner would barely respond to any of my questions the assistant was rude , and I have yet to get my deposit back and have been texting the owner since the day of my baby shower
Venue space is nice, customer service not good at all just celebrated someone birthday there a month and a half ago I was told to send a video of the cleaning after the event so I can receive my deposit back never got a response back at all. Having a bit more communication is definitely needed when running a business.
Such a big scammer, they sold us 3 tickets for Christmas party 85$. No one was there. I want my money back. Big shame for Christmas night.
