This process is seamless. Mike at the Glen Carbon showroom is attentive, and satisfies all details. The templater comes in and evaluates and measures precisely. The installers did not even touch the tile on the wall when they removed the old backsplash. There was a problem with the Island piece being a little too long, within a week they had it modified and installed, and the backsplash was completed, and it looked like they had never even been there. Highly recommend.
Service was great from picking out the counter top we wanted. To the info, time of approval and delivery of tops to the two that came and installed them. They were efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely recommend K &D to others.
So happy I found K&D! I had been searching for new countertops for my fixer upper kitchen. I really wanted Quartz but it seemed out of the budget. I visited the store in Glen Carbon and Mike was phenomenal! He showed me how to navigate the website and showed me samples.
