I've never felt compelled to write a negative review of a business until dealing with this one. Louis came to our home to clean our tile, and we paid him extra to clean our shower tile/grout as well. I called the next day as the shower tile did not look as if it had been cleaned at all. He said he would send someone to check it and clean it again. No one ever came or even called.
