People in the office lack empathy & professionalism. Who ever is answering the phones needs to be terminated.Nursing staff was excellent. Used them for 3 years. Only use them if you know how to call companies and get stuff done. They are the worst to deal with, never return calls ect.
I have received excellent care. KC provided me with a doctor, nurse, aid, physical therapist and occupation therapist . They even had an x-ray team come to my house. All the personnel were professional, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. KC hired the very best. I would use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to everyone.

We have been working with a psychiatric nurse from KC's Home Health Care and she is superb. Terri is knowledgeable, intuitive, supportive and recognizes the Art and Science of treating patients with dementia.
A big thank you to KC’s home health therapy team! I went to see a client of theirs today and they were extremely impressed by this home health. They are being taken care of by a team of therapists who have been working together to help the patient meet their home health therapy goals. They have gone out of their way as a team to set up a home health therapy board in the home with exercises for the patient to do in between visits and have been communicating outcomes and goals together to best help this patient.
