KCR is always there when we need help. We had a persistent Mr **** drain issue that wasn't cooperating with getting fixed. We contacted ****** at KCR and they immediately escalated the issue and put additional eyes on the problem which got us to a final solution. They also owned up to prior fix that hadn't worked and made it right. This is the kind of service that is seldom seen these days but which separates the businesses you want to work with and support from those you don't. Thank you again KCR !!

We were doing a kitchen renovation and needed a company to put in makeup air venting for a new cooktop. I called and spoke with **** who went above and beyond to get to us quickly as we were under a time constraint. **** was helpful and unbelievably kind and we were so grateful. ***** and ***** came and installed all the necessary equipment to get the pieces we needed for our project. *** arrived an hour after we called because we had no heat. He diagnosed the situation and gave us a ********** through the weekend.**** came the week before Thanksgiving to take measurements for a new furnace. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and clearly explaining his recommendations.****, *****, and V installed our new furnace on ***************** **** and ***** returned the next day to check on it and to make some adjustments. The system has been working well.Working with KCR has been a pleasure!

KCR was very competitive in the bidding on my air to air heat pump. All work was completed in a little over 2 days. The crew was experienced and overcame any obstacles. KCR has been taking care of our HVAC needs for decades, but outdid themselves on this big job. Many thanks.*** M

KCR's estimator did a good job in giving an estimate for HVAC equipment that gave us a system with higher effciency while keeping costs down by avoiding unnecessary equipment. KCR's installation crew showed up on time and did an excellent job putting in the new AC compressor unit under the deck, and the new furnace in the basement.

My ********** Mini Split system recently had a leak due to an issue. KCR came out the next day to diagnose the system. They identified the problem within 15 minutes and had a solution. They were able to come out within 7 business days to resolve the issue while other companies quoted me almost 2 - 3 weeks out. Not only were their staff knowledgeable, they were professional and friendly.When they did the repair they left my house and outside clean.
