RecommendedWe had 3 toilets installed and Zac did an excellent job. He was on time and very courteous. He also took the initiative to have our water tested in an effort to help with our water filters. Overall we are very pleased with KC Plumbing.

We got strung along and unresponded to. When told they were going to be there they werent. When told we were going to be put on "the top of the pile" we definitely were not. When I called the last time about our job, Levon basically told me we needed to go with a different plumber. If this sounds professional, courteous, and an A+ business, than I dont understand the definition of the words.
I recently worked with KCP to attack a smelly water problem at our cottage on Table Rock Lake. I have nothing but good things to say about Leevon, Earl and Zack. They were professional, punctual (even meeting me at 7 am one morning when my schedule was full!) and friendly. They stuck to their estimate and agreed to follow up to help change filters on our new system. I couldn’t be happier!

This week, KCP came to do some final installation in my new house. I was so impressed with the team that came out. They were nice, professional, they didn't smoke, their language was good and they cleaned up after themselves. They talked about what they were doing and offered solutions to water pressure problems. Compared to other teams that have been through, your team was the best! You won't get rich off of me but I feel like I have found a plumber and I will recommend you to everyone.
