RecommendedMy hot water tank went out over the 4th of July 2020 weekend so I looked up local plumbing companies and see KCP. I knew it was a busy weeks so I emailed them off of their website not expecting to hear anything till Monday. After being blown off by roto rooter in Branson 4 seperate times I decided to call this place. It was excellent! Quoted me a price and came in way below it, showed up right on time and got right to work and finished very quickly. I could not be happier! I wish I had gone with these guys in the first place! They will be my first call from now on when I need anything plumbing related. Thank you guys very much!
Awesome to work with. Called and spoke to Levon & they were able to get to me next day. Jeston was very nice & got the work done quickly. Will absolutly use them again if have any problems (hopefully not too soon though.)
Friendly and professional!!! these guys are the very best! they turned what has been a super stressful situation into an easy worry free one! we had an emergency with our grinder pump and they took care of everything that same afternoon and for half the price that another company was about to charge us. They saved the day and I will use them for any future plumbing issues.
KCP bailed me out in an 'emergency' flood in a rental home that had water backing up into it. Honestly, I had never used them before but they were the closest in proximity so I took my chances. They were busy but go to it, and I'm genuinely grateful. I tend to expect that with contractors I have a relationship and developed rapport with, yet they did it right off the bat. I'm a fan - THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Thanks to the guys for finding the leak going to my house and make sure i had water. They were quick, friendly, and amazing. We always recommend KCP.
We had trouble with them and their not knowing even basics. would not use them for anything in MHO!!
Our hot water heater was out and we called KCP. Leevon was able to get us taken care of the same day! Zac came out and was very friendly and did a very professional job. After draining the tank and inserting some elements he had us up and running with hot water in a very short time. We will always call KCP our friendly neighborhood plumber just down the street!
Leevon and the guys at KCP are awesome! Reasonable rates, excellent service, friendly, and willing to educate me on a topic I knew next to nothing about. I can't say how much I appreciate them, the quality of work they did, or the professionalism they showed when taking care of my plumbing needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any size job!!
