My family is glad we were introduce to Tony and his team. They unlike most dealer repair shops stand behind there work with no excuses. Tony will keep your car for a couple extra days but he wants to ensure the issue has been corrected, he treats you like family. They tend to be a bit slow, but they are very good and decent people. I have taking my personal and business vehicles to their shop since 2005, and if something didn't pan out as expected, they always take the vehicle back and fix it. I like them, and I highly recommend them.
This place is terrible. They charged me $60 for a simple tire rotation and oil change, and when I asked if they offered a military discount, they completely ignored me. They took almost two hours to do this work, and the lights on my console are still there. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their level of professionalism is dismal. The bathroom has no soap in it is and in awful shape. I understand it's an automotive place, but if you're going to have customers use it, at least have soap and paper towels.
I meet Tony 4 years ago as a broke Medical Student with a steaming 2002 Nissan X-Terra, a broken radiator and water pump. I was new to the area and was recommended his shop. I remember my first conversation with Tony, begging him to please help me make my car last 4 years of school. Tony is awesome to work with. He takes his time and ensures you are very satisfied. I have taken a couple cars to him over the years and he is awesome to work with. Tonys shop is very affordable. He will definitely take care of you.
We had a our 2002 Chevy Trailblazers Alternator replaced here.... Service was fast & completed in timely manor staff was polite. Service was Cheaper than most places & job was done right... I would tell everyone who wants their car done quick & right this is the place to go....
