These guys are the real deal. I had 3 plumbers come to my home and couldn't figure out the issue with our shower. Keevin figured it out just by hearing my story and had the replacement parts delivered (for free) from Kohler even before seeing my home. He installed them which fixed the issue all within a few days of me first contacting him. Would highly recommend!
