KC wasn't even our Realtor, he brought a client to view our home. We didn't have a lockbox yet and mentioned the key would be under the mat, if I did get a lockbox I would let him know. instead of leaving that key under the mat, he took it upon himself to loan us a lockbox. once we sold the house I reached back out to him to return the lockbox, he not only advised he would pick it up himself He left a beautiful thank you note and took the time to wish us well on our new adventure.
