The two ladies who cleaned did a great job. There was a lot to clean in my house and they worked constantly. I do think it is a little pricey: $60/hr for two people, $40/hr for one person, but I don't really know what the going rates are. This is the first time I've had my house cleaned. And as I said, my house looked and smelled much better.
Crystal was very friendly and made sure she thoroughly cleaned everything I had need of.

Better than I thought it would be. She cleaned more than I asked her to in the same amount of time which was great. Did not miss much.
I had an emergency in which I needed to get my house cleaned up, and fast. I called on a Saturday. They called back right away. And they came on Monday morning. I felt their pricing was fair (although more than I can afford for weekly service) and very thorough. They did my cupboards, cleaned out my fridge, as well as my nasty kitchen floor and bathrooms. They were prompt. And professional, as well. And they left things, in the areas where they cleaned, looking neater and tidier, as well as clean.
Crystal came and did a wonderful job. Very Professional. I love the service I am getting from KC's Customized Cleaning and have told at least 10 others about your services. Great Job. Very Happy.
KC Cleaning was outstanding - on time - very friendly. They also did an excellent job cleaning my mothers house.
