I have never hired a cleaning service before; I probably wasn't clear enough on what I wanted them to do and did not specify. I should have made a list so that I was thorough enough which would have been better for me and for Jill and Lisa. As a first time home buyer I have been pretty panicked about everything that needed to get done. When I requested a quote to clean my new house which had been smoked in for 30 years and had tons of pets, Jill called me within 15 minutes to introduce herself, get more information on the house, and provide an estimate. I sent an email to K C"s on Sunday evening. Jill returned my call promptly on Monday morning at 9:00. She was able to send Cynthia out Tuesday at 9 for a moving out cleaning. Cynthia arrived promptly and worked non stop!. Very pleasant lady full of ambition and through. I had called another company at 8:00 Monday morning and NEVER received a call back. Shame on them and kudos to Jill. Top notice customer service and the price was well worth the time and energy she saved us.
Cleaning service was prompt and thorough. Very satisfied client.
