The staff is too busy runny around squirting each other with water guns to get your order right. Not to mention when waitress handed me the check she tossed my credit card across the table and didn't even apologize. They came they raised their standards. SMH

Very upset and disappointed. Have frequented KC Prime numerous times, hosted parties and birthday brunches over the years. Called for Father's Day reservations. Told could not accommodate my party of 5. Yet, was told if it was a party of 10 or more, it could be done. Very upset that they could not move around a table and some chairs to accommodate us. Was planning to have a birthday brunch for a friend this summer, but won't be returning.
