We have visited KC Prime many times & the food & service is very good. I must say that our server on Friday went above & beyond just to make sure we had everything the way we expected.
The steaks were excellent! Service was as well... the only criticism we had was that they sat us in one of the back rooms and it was so very dark that we couldnt even see the menus to read them ! They did reseat us when the hostess saw us go into the more lighted area to read the menu!
Not a fan of buffets but love the Sunday Brunch here. Very well managed, clean stations, hot and tasty food, made to order omelettes. Big selection to choose from. Friendly and attentive staff!

Excellent food. Scallops were perfect. My husband had Teriyaki beef kabobs. Amazing! French onion soup delish. Good service too. Can't wait to go back
Welcoming host station, seated timely with our reservation, and the food was cooked perfectly. Usually pricey means small portions, but not here. Huge slice of prime rib and strip steak, large baked potato and dish full of veggies. Even the mojito was in a large glass. That all equals value!
Service, drinks, and dinner were incredible. Totally spot on with exactly what we needed and wanted! Server was very attentive and made the experience 5+ stars! Thank you!!
One of our favorite local spots for drinks and dinner at the bar. Outstanding burger! Drinks are large and typically strong. Food is always good. Service too. They do a fantastic Sunday brunch as well.
Absolutely atrocious service. It was our first time here and it will be my last. Went for brunch and had 10am reservations. We were done by 1030 and it took till 1110 to get our check. Another party could have sat and eaten during that time. Asked the waiter several times for the check and still never received it. Didn’t bring the check until I got up and complained to the manager. Food was also cold and subpar for the price.
