Typical corporate Healthcare. The staff does their best and are to be commended, but are understaffed and rushed to move patients in and out as quickly as possible. The compassion and patient centered approach (i.e. Planetree) cultivated by Kadlec is gone and replaced by the typically automated, dispassionate Providence corporate machine.
Very disappointed with the care, follow up, and honesty of reporting. Mychart notes did not align with what was discussed during appointments and overall lack of communication. After discussing multiple times of still having issues, condition was then written off as not being present. Shouldn't have to rely on the ER for a follow up. Highly recommend seeking elsewhere.
