I love KC Family Dental! Dr. Brent is super personable and takes the time to know her patients. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful with any questions I've had. The office has state of the art technology. I love that I never have to wait long after I get to appointment before I am seen by the staff and doctor. Other dentists I have went to I have waited 30+ minutes AFTER arriving to my appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone!

A great experience with Dr. Brent and all of her associates. They are very nice and extremely competent.
Dr. Brent prescribed an expensive dental procedure to "prevent gum disease." I said I thought my gums were fine, but her staff assured me that insurance would cover it 100% because it was preventative. I trusted the doctor and went ahead with the procedure, but months later I received a bill for several hundred dollars. To her credit, the doctor did agree to a significant discount after I protested the charges, but I'm still on the hook for an unnecessary procedure - not to mention the time I took off work to get the procedu... read more
