This lovely group of caretakers saved my life!! I requested their help with my sister who was in Hospice and they arrived the same night to assist me. These are lovely people who treated my sister with so much compassion and respect. Every caretaker was exceedingly skilled and reliable. I would like to highly recommend KC Concierge!! Florence Dorbor has been my personal care assistant for six years. She helps with my health issues, housekeeping, and transportation to doctors appointments, all in a most timely and caring fashion.
They are very kind professionals. We have a very anxious and high skill individual and they made a connection to our individual and made them feel comfortable. Well versed in all care needs, very punctual, kind, and attentive to all our individuals needs. Communication was clear and overall they helped alleviate stress as we are not very used to leaving our individual. I would trust them to care for my mother.

This service was wonderful, from the administration to the caretakers. They were able to provide overnight assistance at short (really no) notice after our mother was sent home with Hospice. The hospital staff and discharge planning was atrocious, but KC Concierge went the extra mile and sent a wonderful caretaker-A’Bertha.
