Amazing holistic treatment that helped me improve sleep, decrease stress and improve clarity of thought. Combined with the BAUD, it minimized some chronic and debilitating pain. Elise and Rich are a wonderful team that give so much of themselves to help others.
KC Brain Train is a great tool! Its not invasive... just put the headphones on listen to GREAT music and I usually fall asleep. The neurofeedback program trains the brain to become more efficient. I noticed that I felt more focused and sharp!
