I thought this would be a waste of my time but after my first 10 sessions I became a true believer. I have since been getting training weekly. I can not imagine not seeing Elise weekly.

Elise is a true gem! Neurofeedback is like mindfulness meditation on steroids! I believe my sessions have allowed me to progress much faster and more easily than meditation alone. After a session I feel relaxed, rejuvenated, recharged. What a gift!
I serendipitously found Elise and after only 3 sessions my body was no longer holding onto anxiety/frustrations that came up in my day. It's like I could remember to 'drop the hot potato' so it didn't escalate into more 'not feeling good' things! It truly amazed me. Her BAUD system for 'shattering' the frequency of an emotion tied into your energetic field was also SUPER helpful in moving my physical body beyond past trauma. LOVE LOVE it and her! ;-)

Elise is wonderful. She makes you feel welcomed and takes every opportunity to ensure you're comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and always smell amazing with diffused oils. The process is relaxing and I am very happy with the results.
