Horrible. No communication, and no enforcement. I’ve made many requests last year and this year regarding snow removal of the common areas. I received one email last year from Kathy Christensen who I assume is the owner. All she did was quote me the snow removal policy. I walk my dog several times around the Tamarisk neighborhood daily and I know for a fact the snow removal policy is not being followed. I’ve communicated this to KCHOA several times this year and have not received one response, or seen any action taken.

Terrible HOA company! They do not do routine inspections around the exterior of the property like they’re responsible for. I had an animal enter my home through a chimney that was missing a cap, which was their responsibility. Not only did they mess up and take forever to get the cap back on, but they did not pay for the $650 that I had to pay to get a dead animal out of my house which was entirely their fault.
