Worst HOA company that could be used. Horrid customer service especially from Kevin Christiensen. Update! Since leaving a negative review I got ANOTHER email from Kevin Christiansen. It goes as following: “I received the negative review on google. If there was an inquiry that I missed other than the one below, then please let me know. WARNING: Excessive and questionable fees for real estate transactions. KC & Associates charges exploitative fees when selling homes in communities they manage: $555 Status Letter & Required Disclosure Package (digital docs they already have) $110 Multi-Product Order Rush Fee (despite having 3 business days - standard time) $79 Record Change Fee $31 HomeWiseDocs Service/Delivery Fees $9.95 "Convenience Fee" (nothing convenient about this) These appear to be junk fees that take advantage of their monopoly position.
