Terrible HOA company! They do not do routine inspections around the exterior of the property like they’re responsible for. I had an animal enter my home through a chimney that was missing a cap, which was their responsibility. Not only did they mess up and take forever to get the cap back on, but they did not pay for the $650 that I had to pay to get a dead animal out of my house which was entirely their fault. The most unethical company I have seen These guys are the worst HOA management company in Denver stay away from them as a resident. I am appalled at how they allow the buildings to be upcast mold everywhere things not updated. It’s almost criminal.
