I have nothing but bad to say about this company Angela jacked us around for a year now when we call she hangs up on us and the part was under warranty all's they had to do was put it in and get paid.... This is ridiculous. They totally suck and we would never recommend them to anyone... As a matter of fact I tell everyone about their company...
After scheduled appt time between 11-2p.Had to call and was told by lady that the reason for no show was that driver had flat.I asked what time was available after that.she replied let me look at schedule.She then states that I would have to rearrange schedule and is tomorrow ok.smh.I said let me reach out to my Home Warranty service.She said ok.I contacted HW and spoke to rep and asked if he would contact them to there issue.He stated let me put you on hold.After a brief hold he came back stating that the reason they were n... read more
