Waited for over a week just to be told denied I feel it shouldn’t take a week or two weeks as I see in some of this reviews to be approved or denied, but after reviewing some reviews I’m kinda happy that I wasn’t approved but I do feel if you’re going to tell people oh don’t worry about this or that we have wiggle room and they still choose not to work with you but it is ok because it gave me opportunity to go with an different company
Very disappointed weeks of waiting to view the property told me my paperwork was good and that they verified all necessary information, only to be told "denied" after you all seen my face, this is definitely discrimination. Any past history you seen is well over 5 years, and also the services KBS use for "credit check" is NOT 100% accurate it even says it in my e-mail, I could have been looking into other properties instead of wasting time, and leaving work early dealing with KBS I'm very upset, and feel my family has been d... read more
