KBC Management runs my building like a playground for spoiled children. They have sex with tenants, provide and use cocaine with tenants, as well as participate in and enable organized eavesdropping and spying with drones and other listening devices. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working and living next to Deven Stross (Property Manager for KBC) at 2510 NE 11th & 12th Ave. My son and I lived here for years, first in a one bedroom and then in a two bedroom apartment. We would not have been able to move into the two bedroom with out Deven's support. Deven always looked out for my son and I and we always felt safe and supported because of his support.
