Kate and her husband came to our home to give us an estimate. They were nice and polite and appeared knowledgeable. Kate sent us a quote and we accepted. She then came back to our house to help us pick a color. My wife had a color in mind and a sample painted on the wall. Kate said you need to paint the sample on a board. Kate took our sample November 6 to paint on a board and stated she would be back the next day or at latest November 9. As of December 7 we have Not heard one word from her!! So unprofessional!!!!!

I liked how Kate took the time to work with me on the colors. Not an easy task deciding what color to paint your house. She gave a personal touch. I had them take down old exterior garage lights and house number and put up new. Fixed trim around a window in the back and take off the front storm door and paint it. The guys put in some long days in the heat. They did and Awesome job and I LOVE it! I highly recommend KB Painting!
