I lived here for 15 years! I was there.....The last owner was Landis properties in Worthington, Ohio. Fair rent, responsive and always worried about the roofs, parking lot and always maintaining the grounds the heat, air-conditioning etc...The place was built in 1974. These people lie and steal from people. My sister was promised a refund of her deposite and still has not heard from them or received the refund since February 2020 . All this happened because the property manager Anthony tried to lie and hide the fact that the apartment he was going to place a single mother with 2 small children in had black mold and fist size holes thoughout the apartment.
