I am beyond disappointed with our experience. We purchased a new construction home expecting a high-quality, move-in-ready product, but instead, we’ve inherited a never-ending list of repairs from the first day we moved in. The most frustrating part of this process is that KB Home clearly avoids fixing issues proactively. Sarah was very professional and knowledgeable of their product. So much so I bought one house. Also, two cousins bought homes, and their brother-in-law. My friend is looking but I believe the same floor plan is no longer available. I'm actually having a problem with my countertops right now and she has vowed to help me. I will say KB Homes as of so far have been very good about coming out and looking.
