Construction is poor , the only thing they care of is to make the closing as soon as possible and after that you are basically on your own. After a post this review someone from KB Homes answer and said to reach out to them to a email that you can see on the review right , but when I send them a email I got a answer right away and I was like wow they going to help fix the problem !!! But just like I thought it was a computer answering emails for them and Everytime I send them a email now is the same answer . 🤦♂️

Hopefully, there are different building managers in St. Augustine, because the building managers in Melbourne only cared about closing on time no matter the condition of the house. After closing they DO NOT return your calls. I can’t stress enough to make sure that your home is a 110% complete before closing or it will take close to a year to get repairs completed by KB’s warranty department. TIP-do yourself a favor, save time and headaches by hiring an inspector before you close.
