Professional job, on time and didn't leave a mess.
Very knowledgeable but slow and very messy. The price was twice as high as quoted was fair but they did not amend the agreement. Make sure to watch the invoicing because he will add extra projects without letting you know the price will go up.The job done was effective. He was great at the drainage but not at the handyman tasks.
Job was replacing an attic pull-down stairway. Did a good job. Cleaned up well after completion. Showed up on time, but job took a little longer than anticipated. Overall; pleased with result.
