RecommendedAwesome experience! Closing went very smooth. They were very thorough and professional across the board!
Unfortunately, my Buyers just signed a contract with them even though there has been lies upon lies or MISQUOTES/ WRONG Estimates. The back and forth and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Management is not of any help just covering for anything for their agents. I will make sure and guide any future interest AWAY from KB Homes! There are many other Builders to choose from and are a pleasure to work with!
Tear down all the garbage that KB built and start over with a real builder. Our house is so poorly built. cheapest labor doing the their cheapest work.
Worst company ever. They promise if you do not qualify for the loan, we give the money back. That is a lie, they said at the beginning that we qualify and when the moment to finally the loan the said you do not qualify. They cancel our loan and stay with the money. Worsted company
My husband and I started the building process here in April. We sold our home, got approved through KB home loans, and moved into temporary housing to wait for our home to be finished. Less than a month before we were set to close, the mortgage lender tells us we aren’t approved. It turns out she approved us on the basis of how well she could lie to the underwriter. Home purchased in 2009 and our problems began in 2012! The warranty is crap and they refuse to fix anything, forcing you to hire attorneys, tie you up in litigation, all the while your home crumbles. We are still well in our warranty and I am still waiting. I have a medically fragile child and 3 other children in the home that can't sleep in there bedrooms.
