I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had with your team, particularly with loan originator Rocio. I began my home search and loan process in March 2025 and placed my trust in your organization. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Imagine buying your first Home and you have no idea how to do it or what you need. Well You dont have to worry about that with KB Homes! First time buyer here( Yes i look young i get that a lot) Frankie Was Super helpful and an amazing person in terms of helping us gather What we needed and Remind us of timelines of when certain things needed to be done.
