bathrooms always locked not cool especially when you have little kids
More like glorified prison cells, no yards, neighbors too close.
This place is very family oriented. Children playing on bikes and people out for a walk. Very peaceful, looks like a great place yo raise a family.
Moved in months ago and the park lights and mailbox lights have still never been turned on. Residents have raised this to KB Home, HOA, and the city but keep getting bounced around with no action. On top of that, our community mailbox has already been broken into. It’s unsafe walking at night with no lighting, and the lack of response is very concerning. I’ll gladly update this review once these issues are finally addressed.
