As a builder I do not recommend KB Homes. To this day we are still finding problems with our 2014 build in Parker. Back in 2014 my husband had to have them correct dozens of mistakes and horrible workmanship to begin with but even now, this house is a disaster. Not to mention the giant amount of trash the contractors left inside the walls, and in the ground around the property. Some major problems had included the shower not being properly installed, water getting into the surround, swelled up and locking my father inlaw ins... read more
