1 star. Poorly installed floor in my kitchen with a "crooked" seam that is also splitting apart. When they couldn't fix it, I was reminded I signed a contract. I expected more of Bob at K&B as a professional business owner. I would be embarrassed to leave a customer with this floor and not make good on it.
