I really like the fact that you can text them, it is so convenient not having to call and whoever texts is very personable and quick to respond!
I was a new patient and before they’d see me, I had to have an appointment where they did noting, just talked to me. Then after that I could have a cleaning. At my first cleaning basically said all my fillings needed to be replaced. During a replacement, something happened that caused me a bunch of pain and I had to go back a few times to get it figured out. I ended up having to have a root canal.
