RecommendedTook my car in to have the windows tinted. When I arrived I told them my name and stated that I had an appointment to have my windows done. The gentleman behind the counter looked into his appointment book and asked me my name again. I told him again and with that he took my keys and back to work I went. Long story short I was there on the wrong day. He never said a word about that. So professional.
