They are great at KB collision!! They are very informative and extremely thorough and when it’s time to do the final walk-through, they have eagle eyes for details! The customer service is outstanding! I truly felt like they cared about my satisfaction and experience as much as the materialistic condition of my vehicle. Thank you KB Collision !!!!

No one on staff will wear a mask. No one. It infringes upon their rights 🙄 I have been back FOUR times for them to fix things that happened after they fixed it the first time. None of these returns were my fault as I did no further damage. It was due to them not fixing things right the first time. Now I’m here for an issue they caused when I said they could look at another issue. And they are subtly blaming me for this issue. Not sure why as I didn’t cause the issue. they are great. our looks like it was never in a accident. he does great work and he makes sure it's done right. they sent us pictures of what the car looked like and he kept us informed on what was going on.

Ken and his crew are top notch with very descriptive explanations on the details of the repair process and they follow through with quality results. I’ve had two different repair jobs done by them and they both turned out great.
Ken and his entire team are great. They took the time to walk through various options with me. They also made sure to communicate through the entire process. My Sonata looked brand new when they were finished. I highly recommend Kb Collision.
I am so grateful for KB Collision! They did a wonderful job fixing my brand new car. I was so upset not even having her a few weeks. They were so understanding and helpful throughout the transition, keeping me updated with parts and repairs. And they stand by their work too! I just called them again and Joe said bring her down we’ll take a look. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road again. I will recommend them to anyone. I appreciate everything they do for me.
