I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change advertised at $48. Before going, I called the shop and clearly told them I had a Groupon. Not once during that call did they mention any additional fees. After driving 30 minutes and rearranging my schedule to make the appointment, I show up and suddenly I’m told there’s an extra $20 fee.
