I had an appointment through RepairPal at this repair shop. Michael wouldn’t do the job because another vehicle came in without an appointment which paid more and he was short handed. This was my first time and last.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change advertised at $48. Before going, I called the shop and clearly told them I had a Groupon. Not once during that call did they mention any additional fees. After driving 30 minutes and rearranging my schedule to make the appointment, I show up and suddenly I’m told there’s an extra $20 fee. Best money spent on my vehicle maintenance!!! Michael & Kenny have treated me with the utmost respect and worked with me to get everything done on my car at a price I can handle. Mom’s car is next to be serviced. Thank you, KB Automotive for being such a respectable service establishment!

I brought my vehicle in for a problem with the AC. Michael was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. The team was able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. Excellent service !! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local mechanic.
