Was on vacation in Florida from out of state when my CEL started flashing which usually means to stop driving To top it off, this happened on a Saturday evening with NO Mechanic shops open until Monday Michael, the manager, and his shop got us back on the road asap And we made it 14hours later to our home with no hang ups Did the AAA diagnostics and made recommendations Michael was courteous and knowledgeable I would make this place my shop if I lived in PSL... And recommend this shop to others
Michael at KB is the most professional service provider I have met here in Florida since moving here in 1985. He listened to my issues and promised to check out the car thoroughly. He then narrowed down my problem with the vehicle, even though I have an unusual condition, he still offered advice that would not even benefit his pocketbook. I highly recommend this service center to anyone that needs the best service around. The most honest and helpful mechanic I’ve ever been to. This place is great. My car broke down and fortunately KB Complete Auto Repair was nearby. Mike stopped what he was doing to help me troubleshoot possible issues and found a solution that didn’t cost me a single penny.
