It's not my cup of tea. My friend told me this place had an awesome hand roll. So I thought it was really special. Not. Rice. Fish. Nori. Or rice. Crab with mayo. Nori. Etc. The atmosphere was real bougie. The price you pay for was for location & presentation: Los Angeles & its bougie-ness. I ordered the 6 set & I got full due to rice. To me, it was 90% rice and 10% protein. Won't be coming back.
My favorite hand roll place in all of LA. I’ve been to many locations- they are all the same. The hand rolls never disappoint. If there is a line done worry is goes by really fast.
This was weak. The toro was the most disappointing thing here. Did not get the hype and the service could have been better. The waiter hated his job and his life working here
Incredible, I highly recommend. The best hand rolls I've ever had, I crave the food here. If you do not like seafood or hand rolls this place is not for you. Ingredients are fresh, with warm rice and made in front of you. Seated at U shaped bar style table with chefs and servers in the center. Rolls are made and delivered overtime, not all at once.
