Kristina DeLucenay is a French fry burning..nasty sand-which making..bad customer service having employee. She needs to be retrained on French fry making and most importantly customer service phone etiquette..For some reason she wasn’t trained that the customer is always right and that she should try to rectify the issue because word of mouth in today’s time can make or break a company..
Ordered food and the fries were burnt and the sandwich was nasty. Called customer service and they said “you’re barking up the wrong tree” and hung up on me. Called back and the 2nd person was extremely rude and hung up on me again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will never go here again! Just had my first Kazoopy's, BLT & Cheddar Grinder, and OMG, it was absolutely amazing. I'm hooked and can't wait to try other items on the menu.

Ordered the carne Milan and the Italian bread with cheese. It was absolutely delicious! The garlic butter added a nice touch as well. The best part was it reheated nicely the next day. That's a big deal for me when deciding on a good pizza. Also the delivery driver was very friendly. Good food+ good service=a happy returning customer.
