Had food delivered, it was wrong. I have the receipt showing the order was placed correctly. They will not reimburse me or deliver the correct order. I am very disappointed in the service from what used to be our household favorite. We won't be ordering from them again.

Your'e menu does not have a Ham & Cheese Grinder it has 2 Grinders that are Ham & Cheese (one with Swiss and one with Cheddar) and 1 Ham Grinder (assuming no cheese since it is not in the name & the other 2 ham grinders have the cheese type in the name). was in Westwood location about a week ago and saw the cashier taking orders handling money go straight to making sandwiches without washing hands or using gloves ..than I saw another employee take a sandwich from oven in the process of putting veggies on popping stuff in his mouth from sandwich he was making smh ..needless to say my sandwich did not taste so good after that ...but normally I love this place .was disappointed
