I've visited Kazoku Ramen today, the first ramen restaurant in West Edmonton back in 2015, one of the things that keeps people coming back is the welcoming atmosphere. Gail, the owner, is always friendly, courteous, and thoughtful toward her customers, which makes every visit feel appreciated. They where serving pork loin as pork shoulder. I pointed this out, they refused to admit they were wrong. I could have had a substitute because they were out.But they refused to admit they were wrong.
Kazoku is our GO To ramen place in Edmonton! They are always so welcoming, the food is delicious and filling with portion sizes the perfect size! I will recommend this place to literally everyone!
