Very nice customer service. If something is wrong with your car they don't try to force you to let them fix it .that's why I go there all the time .

I recently took my car in for some much needed service. I had a timing belt, water pump, alignment, balance, rotaion, and some new tire sensors replaced. I mainly delt with Andy. He by far was the most helpful person. He gladly explained all the sevice done and had my car done in a timely manner considering all the work needed to be done. I will say, when the senors were not working properly, Andy gladly had me bring my car back at my convience to fix the problem. I was able to get my car back in a timely manner! I like Kaz Automotive. It's a small, locally-owned business that does top quality work, and they gladly accept walk-ins. Most importantly to me, though, they are super friendly and take the time to explain (and even show) what the problem with your vehicle is exactly and give recommendations and options. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those in the greater Stafford area.
