I called at 10:30 and got a same day appointment at 2:30. I was called back right on time. Dr Potter and his medical assistant were both pleasant and knew what they were doing. They did several tests to try to find out more about my health concern. Highly recommend.
I went to see about getting something for pain I was told no because I am waiting to go in for a spinal cord stimulator so I was told to take over the counter meds I was and still am in so much pain I was crying
They openly violate patient privacy rights by asking for personal information within earshot of other patients. One member of the front staff does make an effort to protect patient privacy to the best of his ability. The nursing staff is very pleasant. The only doctor we have interacted with has been Dr. Brough and he has been impersonal, hesitant to do the right thing for the patient and poor communication. I used to go to the Roy IHC when my family doctor Kimberly Grieves moved to the Kaysville IHC I go there now. Its a little drive but she is a awesome doctor. �
