Kay is very punctual with his scheduled appointments which for me is really important. If I schedule my appointment for a time, I like to be in the chair fairly close within that time and he’s great at that. He also always makes adjustments on things that I like to do with my hair. Lastly, he’s very down to earth and easy to talk to while in the chair fairly close I’ve recommended him to both friends and family who now go to him as well.
