This is one of the best dealerships I ever walked into . I happened to break down in a company truck and ended up at Kayser . I was looking at how busy they were and thought they are never going to have time to look at the truck. Well to my suprise they took care of me in a matter of minutes. Every part of our experience was excellent! The selection of vehicles brought us to Kayser Lincoln and then when we walked through the door, we knew after talking to Matthew Kuphal for just a few minutes, we would be buying that same day with his guidance. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lincoln regarding my 2025 Lincoln Aviator. I have brought my vehicle in three separate times for the same issue—a recurring “Driver Facing Camera Fault.” I have provided video evidence of the fault occurring, and the service team has acknowledged seeing the issue. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved. I had my Lincoln Navigator car serviced by having my windshield replaced at this location with the help of Jerry in the service department. I didn’t purchase my vehicle there but they took care of me. I had a loaner vehicle during the repair and my vehicle was returned nice and clean on the exterior. Great customer service!
