Got our lincoln aviator from this team best car buying that I've ever had
Good sales experience but after purchasing my vehicle on the way home my Dad who was following me noticed my passenger tail light was out. No function at all (running light, brake light, etc). I contacted the sales rep right away and he wanted me to check the fuses and bulb when I got home. I got home and checked the fuses and was unable to check the bulb due to the assembly being all LED. We purchased one of the most expensive Lincolns on the lot. Our salesman was fantastic and we are happy with the vehicle. Everything else was TERRIBLE. Don't return calls, won't help with issues we are having. Even Lincoln has tried to get them to get things wrapped up to no avail. Would never recommend. Calling Lincoln next to complain about the terrible service. My opinion is to buy elsewhere.
When we called Kayser, we were connected with Lucas Branum. Lucas answered all our questions via phone/text and kindly provided videos for us to virtually see the interior/exterior. He was very knowledgeable. Meeting and working with Lucas on the purchase was a pleasure!!
