Every part of our experience was excellent! The selection of vehicles brought us to Kayser Lincoln and then when we walked through the door, we knew after talking to Matthew Kuphal for just a few minutes, we would be buying that same day with his guidance. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lincoln regarding my 2025 Lincoln Aviator. I have brought my vehicle in three separate times for the same issue—a recurring “Driver Facing Camera Fault.” I have provided video evidence of the fault occurring, and the service team has acknowledged seeing the issue. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved. I had my Lincoln Navigator car serviced by having my windshield replaced at this location with the help of Jerry in the service department. I didn’t purchase my vehicle there but they took care of me. I had a loaner vehicle during the repair and my vehicle was returned nice and clean on the exterior. Great customer service! We recently bought an Aviator from Kayser Madison because our local dealer (Eau Claire) did not have what we wanted. Communication was poor. They told us we would get the car within a week. However, we didn't get delivery of the car for 2 1/2 weeks. When we asked what took so long, they told us it was because they were waiting on our payment. At no point were we told they were waiting on our payment or that the vehicle was ready. We paid the total which included registration, but they never asked how we wanted it registered.... read more
Updating my 1 star review to 4 stars. It seems Kayser replaced everyone in the service center. This new team is much better. I brought my car in for service and not only did they wash it, but the cleaned up the interior. Thank you!
